Refund and Returns Policy

If you change your mind and want to return any of the products you ordered, please give us a call at 310-540-1543 or email us at within 7 days of receiving your package explaining your reason for return. Notification of refund request is void after 7 days of product receipt. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with the seal intact, in it’s original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Due to hygiene restrictions, opened products are not eligible for return.

Once you have notified us by phone and have spoken to a staff member, or have emailed us and received a return response from us, package your product in the same outer box that it was shipped in and mail it to:

Organically At Your Best, 1218 El Prado Ave. Suite 132, Torrance, CA 90501. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Please include your name, phone number, and email address in your return package, along with the shipping sheet that came with your order. 

We will notify you by the phone number or email address that you have provided in your return package with our approval or rejection of your refund after reviewing each case.  

If we find the items in the same condition they were in when we shipped them to you, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
